That’s why we offer a 30-day trial on all orders. If your child changes their mind during this period, we’ll gladly provide a full refund.

The trial period begins automatically from the date your order arrives. Simply complete your purchase as usual, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Upper:
Textile upper: recycled polyester fibres, recycled spandex.

Lining:
Mesh lining: recycled polyester; Microfibre lining: polyurethane, recycled polyester.

Hardware:
Hook-and-loop fastener: nylon.

Laces:
Polyester, latex.

Insole:
Polyester, polyurethane foam.

Outsole:
Natural rubber, recycled rubber.

Cleaning:
Brush off dirt and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Washing:
Wash in a laundry bag at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners or powder detergents. Wash separately or with similar colours.

Drying:
Not suitable for tumble drying. Air dry at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight and radiators.

Replacement:
Insoles can be freely replaced.

Odour:
A sealed package may cause odours during transport. Air out in a well-ventilated area for a few days.

For every three completed orders, you’ll earn the opportunity to plant a tree. We will plant a tree in your child’s name on Arbor Day each year and provide regular updates on its growth.
